Early‑bird registration ends on April 15, 2026. After this date, the registration fee increases to $400.
The combo ticket includes:
Admission to the open reception (includes one free drink and appetizers)
Full access to the 3‑day conference
Lunch buffet on Thursday and Friday
Coffee and Snacks Thursday to Saturday morning
Access to booths and exhibits
Thursday night activities
City day tour
Admission to the closing banquet
The Deaf Performances Night Out is not included. However, conference attendees will receive a discounted rate. Conference merchandise will also be available for purchase.
The hotel only provides confirmation emails upon request by phone. You may call the hotel using Canada VRS or ask someone to interpret for you.
The special hotel rate is discounted $150 for a room with two queen beds for two people. There is an additional $10 fee per extra person.
The hotel discount rate ($150 per night) is available until June 15, 2026, or until sold out. After this date, the rate will increase to $200.
Yes, all transportation is provided between the hotel and events. We are currently working on the logistics for transportation between hotel and airport.
Yes, both regular and accessible parking spots.
There is a shopping mall, named Polo Park with stores and a food court. Restaurants nearby such as Olive garden, Red Lobster, Cora Breakfast and Lunch, Earls Kitchen + Bar, JOEY and Moxies. The airport is a 10 minute drive away from the venue.
Yes, the hotel has 3 accessible king bedrooms with accessible bathrooms. The conference and banquet rooms are also wheelchair accessible and their main bathrooms have accessible stalls. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations to improve accessibility and should be complete before the conference begins.
